Winter Olympics Spirit Assembly Brings Excitement Before Winter Break

The day before Winter Break began, PCMS was filled with energy and excitement as students and staff gathered for the much-anticipated Winter Olympics Spirit Assembly. This lively event celebrated school spirit and friendly competition, with grade-level teams going head-to-head in a series of entertaining games.

From relay races to trivia challenges and creative group activities, the assembly showcased teamwork, determination, and plenty of laughter. The seventh graders impressed everyone with their coordination, the eighth graders wowed the crowd with their competitive edge, and the sixth graders brought unyielding enthusiasm to every challenge.

Highlights of the assembly included a hilarious relay race and a spirited tug-of-war finale that had everyone on their feet, cheering for their grade. The gym was filled with school pride as students donned their team colors and cheered each other on.

Organized by the student leadership team and supported by staff, the event was a fantastic way to close the year and head into Winter Break with high spirits. It was a reminder of the strong sense of community and fun that makes PCMS a special place.
