Pacific Cascade Middle School offers many different after school opportunities including activities, sports, and clubs. In order to participate, students must have a paid ASB card.
To pay for ASB cards, course fees, class supplies that are received by your students, items that turn into fines for non-payment, and many other school related purchases, payment can be taken online! If you are new to the district or to sports, an ASB card and athletic registration is necessary or your student will be dropped from the sport. To participate, students may not have outstanding fines either. To access the payment portal from our school website, you will select “Portals” and then “Pay Online” (MySchoolBucks is for adding money to the lunch account) as seen below.
There will be instructions if you are a first time user on that payment site. ASB card is a featured item and must be purchased for any athletic events, participation, clubs, band, orchestra, and/or choir. After this, you may “purchase” athletic registration fees that are under “Items at the School” and “Athletics”, or select the category you need for other items and participation. If you need to find the ASB card and didn’t select it from the featured items, it is also under “items at the school” and “ASB”. There is a block that prevents sport purchases until the ASB card is purchased.
Our website contains all of the details and information you will need. You may want to log in now as there are also outstanding items that would prevent your child from participating in the future. Please call (425-837-5905) or email the bookkeeper, Jennifer Christiansen, and if you have any difficulty, and she will be more than happy to help you. Ms. Christiansen's office hours are aligned with school hours, so if you reach out on the weekend or a school holiday, she will get back with you when she returns to the office.
Visit the PCMS Student Commons course in Canvas for all our ASB news.
PTSA Fundraiser
PCMS is holding our annual food drive earlier this year! With many impacted families in our country and community over the last few months, local food banks are feeling the impact. PCMS will collect food and other items to donate to the Issaquah Food Bank. We will hold the food drive from Monday, December 1 to Friday, December 12.
WEB stands for "Where Everybody Belongs". It is built on the belief that students want to, and can, help other students succeed. 8th grade WEB Leaders are trained to become motivators and positive role models. WEB leaders facilitate 6th Grade tours before school starts, which is filled with activities geared toward becoming comfortable with the school and getting to know other students before the first day. During the school year, 8th grade WEB Leaders are linked with a 6th grader Lynx Life class where they lead games and activities to help students connect with each other and the school.
